Grant opportunity for urban farmers, ranchers and agricultural producers.

Funding Opportunity for New Mexico Farmers, Ranchers and Agricultural Producers  
Requests for Proposals are Now Open!

Farm to Table's New Mexico Farmer Innovation Program has just opened two Requests for Applications for Micro-Grant funding opportunities, one for the Urban Agriculture Initiative and one the Rural and Tribal Agriculture Initiative. If you are an farmer, rancher or food producer with a gross cash farm income of $250,000 or less per year who produces in New Mexico, you may be eligible to apply for a non-matching grant.

These applications are specifically for New Mexico farmers, ranchers and producers in Urban areas (areas with populations over 5,000 people or 2,000 households) or in Rural and Tribal areas.

Applications are due on February 19, 2026.

This webinar and Q&A on will be held on Tuesday, January 27, from 4-6pm MT on Zoom. You can register for the webinar here. The webinar will be recorded and made available at www.farmtotablenm.org.

Applications must be submitted electronically or emailed to nmfip@farmtotablenm.org no later than 5:00 pm MT, February 19, 2026 or by mail to: Farm to Table, 518 Old Santa Fe Trail, Suite 1, Box 171, Santa Fe, NM 87505. 


Mailed applications must be postmarked by February 19, 2026.
